Add an Event

Who may add an event? ESI current members and any southern Indiana CVBs are allowed to submit events to be listed on the ESI website. 

Add an event: Complete the form below for each event (add events separately). Complete all sections. An ESI representative will review the information before it will be viewable on the website so there may be a 24 -48 hour delay before it appears on the site. The post will contain the Event name, date, time, location and a link to your website or social page that promotes your event. If the event date or time or location change, contact jennlantaffsims@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Add a photo of your event: We strongly encourage you to attach 1 photo of your event. Please size it to 526 x 526 pixels or 4.383 x 4.383 inches. You can easily create a custom size photo in Canva. Attach the image to form.
